Both the labour party (Ap) and the conservative party (H) have lost popularity from 1992 to 2008, while the Progress Party (FrP) have strongly increased its popularity.
This is a nice and balanced comparison between Django and Rails.
It seems fair, and they come to the conclusion that both frameworks have their own strengths.
One minor thing i wonder about is why they make a big point of Rails not having an built in admin interface. It is very simple to add something like Streamlined.
I would guess that one would have to use a currency rate of 10 nok / USD (the official rate is about 6.20 nok / USD) for this to be possible in Norway.

The presentation from Steve Jobs (from 1991?) shows some stuff that arrived much later on other platforms. Some of the stuff you can not do on windows even now. I recently learned that Doom and Quake was developed on a Next station ( http://rome.ro/2006/12/apple-next-merger-birthday.html ).
